These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it, you accept them.
About us
This website is run by JCA Studios, the trading name of a sole trader, of 31 Solon Road, London SW2 5UU. Email info@jcastudios.co.uk.
Estimates and fees
Prices shown on this website, including those from our design cost calculator, are estimates based on the information you provide. They are not a binding offer. We confirm a fixed fee in writing after we've discussed your project with you, and our services are then provided under a separate written agreement.
Council planning application fees and any third-party costs, such as structural engineers, party wall surveyors or building control, are not included unless we say otherwise in writing.
Planning outcomes
We prepare designs with local planning policy in mind, but decisions are made by the local planning authority. We can't guarantee that any application will be approved.
